How to make the most out of your tea?
- Before you drink your tea, set the intention you desire to amplify.
- Drink it alone, add it as a base to your cacao or add it to your other teas, to enhance the blend.
What does it taste like?
- A smooth, mild floral taste that also blends beautifully with other herbs or ceremonial cacao.
How long will it last?
This blend is crafted for approximately 20 serves of tea.
How to make it?
1. Add 5 lotus petals to your tea infuser or directly into your mug.
2. Pour in boiling water.
Allow the petals to steep for at least 10 minutes. For a deeper, more potent experience, leave the petals in while you sip. The longer they stay, the stronger the tea becomes.
Sip 1 to 3 cups daily to fully receive the benefits of this sacred flower.
Sacred Lotus can be enjoyed on its own, blended with another herbal tea, or used as a base for your ceremonial cacao.
For a more powerful experience, feel free to add more petals; trust your intuition.
